What Do I Get When I Order?

Each project includes:

• A full review and 24-hour team brainstorm based on your questionaire responses and comments.
  
• At least 2-3 initial versions of your hand-crafted design so you can choose your favourite, make sure the details are correct, and also to give you the opportunity to request minor amendments* such as colour-changes.
  
• A full final set of files to suit any requirement (e.g. Logo versions for Web, Print, Email, and Fax, plus other requirement types by request — such as an Embroidery version).
  

What if I want changes made to the logo?

Colour and other minor changes (e.g. font style) are free prior to final files being released. However, because our rates are already rock-bottom, amendments that require a redesign of the logo (or a completely new version) are considered a "new project" and, as such, an additional project payment would be required to continue.

Will my details and ideas be kept private?

We deal with a lot of new businesses and can assure you that all client details and ideas are kept strictly confidential and only used internally for design purposes. We believe very strongly in the value of I.P. (intellectual property) and will certainly protect yours.

Can you create logos that appeal to a particular gender?

Our logos are always target-market focussed and we have both girls and guys on our design team all collaborating for the best result possible, so there would be no problem for us to create a great logo that appeals predominantly to one gender if that is required.
